Delivery Information

We deliver the majority of our goods within 10 to 14 Days in our own vans or via our 2 man courier service. Goods will be placed in a downstairs room of choice

Most deliveries are free of charge, where the distance or seclusion of an area warrants a delivery surcharge is added in the cart

Our Sales team will contact the customer throughout this process. It is important to leave a mobile contact number to facilitate this running smoothly.

When our 2 man delivery team are tasked with the delivery you will be informed by ourselves. The scheduling of day and time will then be taken over by the team.

Contact from our manufacturing plant and dispatch is by email or phone and the delivery team/drivers will give a more localised time by telephone.

When we are delivering Items in our own vans we use a 1 man delivery, assistance may rarely be required. If the item is to be taken into the house then we do not accept responsibility for any damage occurred within the property, It is the recipients responsibility to negate the risk of any damage occurring on their property by moving items that could be damaged on route to the final destination of the furniture. Where permanent items such as walkways, door entrances, carpets and fittings are at risk they should be protected by a temporary covering. If you do not agree with this then please ask our driver to leave the item at the door
