When you purchase from a distance on-line or by e-mail (without having seen the goods at all) you have a statutory right to a 14 day ‘cooling off’ period from the delivery date when you can return the goods to us. You can return the goods to us and we will process a refund (excluding the delivery recollection cost). Distance selling regulations only apply to your order if the goods have not been custom made to your specification. The item must be returned to us safely within 14 days in the same condition as it was delivered to you i.e. in the original packaging, new, unused, unmarked etc, at your own expense. No credit or refund will be given for any goods ordered in error by the customer, neither will they be given for any goods damaged due to incorrect handling or storage or due to any misuse by the customer.
